Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: username, email address, country and language choice. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form.
• API usage: for each call made with your API key, the endpoint, time, IP address, approximate country and the app or website that made it. We keep the latest 200 calls per key and daily totals for up to 90 days, so you can see them on your dashboard.
• Payments: the plan, amount, currency and payment reference. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure page; we never see or store your card number.
• Support: messages you send us, and questions you ask the AI assistant (with the page you were on and your approximate country), so we can answer and improve our help.
• On your device: watch progress, settings and videos saved for offline stay in your own browser, not on our servers.

How we use it

• To run your account, apply your plan's limits and show your usage.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer support requests.
• To send service emails (payments, support replies) and occasional announcements. Every announcement has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run AnimeDoc: our payment processors (to take payments), our email provider (to send emails) and our hosting. We don't sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as the law requires for payment records afterwards. Usage details are trimmed automatically as described above. We keep secure backups to protect your account.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or for your account to be deleted by emailing support@animedoc.cloud from your account's email address. Use the unsubscribe link in any announcement to stop them.
